  3. PHASE 03

    Procurement & staging

    Doors, frames, and hardware are tracked, received, and organized by opening or project phase before they reach the install area.

  4. PHASE 04

    Installation & field verification

    Alignment, operation, hardware function, and assembly details are checked as work progresses—not left until closeout.

  5. PHASE 05

    Documentation & closeout

    Opening records, warranties, keying information, and required closeout documents are assembled into a usable turnover package.
